What should I do if I received the wrong item(s) or an item is missing?

If we sent you the incorrect item or your package is missing an item, please contact us at team@loopycases.com and provide us with your full name, a photo of the packing slip, as well as the item(s) you received by accident or what is missing. We’ll handle the issue ASAP!
