Warranty Policy

All of our Loopy Cases, Super Loops, and charging cables are covered by our Loopy Lifetime Guarantee.  This warranty covers any issue with your Super Loop and any manufacturer defects. This also includes any items damaged during shipment/delivery.  Please read the following to learn more about what is covered and scroll down to the bottom of this page to learn how to get in touch.

What is covered by our Loopy Lifetime Guarantee:

  • Items damaged during shipping (must contact us within 7 days of delivery date to be applicable)
  • Manufacturing defects
  • Non-cosmetic fitment issues that hinder the performance of your Loopy Case and its ability to protect your phone

What is not covered:

  • Normal daily wear and tear *
  • Items purchased via 3rd party
  • Intentional modifications
  • Loss or theft of product

*Please note that minor scuffing, scratching, and the natural yellowing/discoloration of clear/lighter colored bumpers are classified as normal daily wear and tear and are not subject to a warranty claim.  Loopy’s job is to protect your phone from these types of things, therefore, it will take on some wear in the process!

All items must be purchased directly from LoopyCases.com in order to qualify for a warranty. Items purchased via 3rd party (i.e. online swaps/resellers, purchased second hand from another individual, etc.) will not be subject to this claim.

Our Loopy tempered glass is backed by a 30-day guarantee.

If you experience any issues with your tempered glass within 30 days from delivery, we will warranty this and send a new one completely on the house! If your order is over 30 days since delivery, we will be more than happy to honor 50% off a replacement.

T-shirts, stickers, and other apparel qualify for a 60 day warranty for manufacturing defects only.

Any case subject to warranty may only be replaced by the same model that was originally purchased. No exceptions will be made.

  • Full name on the order
  • Email used to place the order
  • Full current address
  • Minimum of 2-3 photos showing the issue(s) at hand and a brief description of the issue
