An order confirmation and tracking email should have been sent to the email address provided upon completing your order. Sometimes these emails can make their way over to your spam or promotions folder! If you are still unable to locate this after checking those folders, please reach out to us through our contact form!
If your tracking states delivered, but you have not received your package, please allow 72 hours for your package to show up before contacting us here at Loopy. USPS is generally quick at fixing any mistakes! If your package does not arrive after 72 hours, we would be more than happy to reship your order or provide you with store credit :)
