Return Information

We are so sorry you’re not 100% satisfied with your new Loopy case. We truly encourage you to use your full 30-day trial to really test out your new Loopy and see how much it truly affects your day-to-day life before making a decision to return. If the incorrect model was ordered or you just aren't a fan of the design, please return the item(s) and then place a new order for the correct Loopy directly from our website. Due to needing to keep a close eye on inventory, we are no longer accepting any exchanges. 

Returns must be postmarked for return within 30 days of the delivery date, otherwise your return will not be processed. Please note, if a return is received and it was postmarked after the aforementioned date, Loopy reserves the right to return to sender and the purchaser may be required to cover any additional shipping fees. Refunds will go back to the original payment method used for checkout at the time of sale. We cannot refund to a different credit card or bank account. If you no longer have access to the original payment method, a Loopy store credit will be issued

Please note that used/applied tempered glass is not eligible for a return/refund. If the tempered glass packaging is opened but unused, there will be a 25% restocking fee. If a Loopy case is sent back without the original loop or microfiber bag, a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Customers are responsible for all the fees involved for returning items, unless the return falls under a warranty or manufacturing issue

USA: We would be more than happy to email you a shipping label! Please note the cost of the label ($3.95) will be deducted from your refund once processed. If you do not want a prepaid label from us, please note that it is highly recommended to use a trackable shipping service with insurance, as we are not responsible for return shipping issues. 

INTERNATIONAL: We recommend using your local postal service such as Canada Post (for Canada) or Royal Mail (for the UK). If you head to your local post office, they can assist you with setting this up!
