How quickly do we ship?
We aim to ship orders within 24 hours of checking out. If you order on the weekend, please note that we do not work every weekend, therefore expect your order to be shipped out from Loopy HQ the next business day! :)
How much is shipping?
We offer free shipping for US orders over $40. Standard shipping fees for US shipping are $3 flat. Priority Shipping is $8.44.
If you are purchasing a loop, the $1.00 shipping does not come with tracking. If you need tracking on your order, please select the $3.00 shipping.
Where can I find my tracking number?
Your tracking number can be found in your shipping notification email. There will be a tracking number and a "track my package button" like the one located below.
My package is in pre-shipment, what does that mean?
If you see this on your tracking information, this means that we have printed your packing slip and shipping label and our awesome shipping team is working on packaging up your order!
What does it mean when my package is accepted or pending acceptance?
This means that your package has left our warehouse and is now in the hands of USPS. Sometimes, USPS doesn't scan your package individually upon receiving it. If your order is showing "Accepted" for more than 48 hours, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will dive in to see what this issue may be.
My order is "In Transit," when will it get to me?
"In-Transit" is USPS's way of saying a package is delayed. Most of the time, a package is delayed due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. If your order is in-transit for more than 72 hours, please email us at email@example.com and we will see what we can do to help out.
