Our exchange policy is for the first 30 days since the date your order was delivered.
If it has been longer than 30 days, please hit up our customer service team and we will see what we can do to help out! You can do so by hitting "Submit a Request" or clicking the green help button!
If you'd like to do an exchange, simply send the current model back to us here at:

*IMPORTANT* - Please include a note inside of the package to remind us what to do and stating your original order name or order number.
We'll do the exchange immediately and cover the cost to send the new Loopy to you, which is generally pretty quick! Also, if you draw us an awesome picture or write a funny story or joke for us, we will include a free random Super Loop with the exchange!
To speed your exchange along, please shoot us a message (by clicking the green help button) and let us know that your exchange is in the mail! If you provide the tracking number for the package you sent to us and let us know what you would like to exchange for, we can process your exchange before we receive it!
P.S. We recommend using USPS (if possible) for your exchange because they are pretty quick and only cost a few bucks :D
