How much is shipping?
International Shipping is free for orders over $50 USD. Standard international shipping ranges from $5 to $8. Tracking is sent out via email at the time your order ships. Please note that DHL does not give us exact lead times on international orders, but rather a range of 1.5-3 weeks.
Will I have to pay for customs?
Your order may require a VAT/customs fee that could be required by your country. It’s often that countries pass shipments without requiring a customs fee to be paid, but not all of the time. We offer DHL since it's really affordable and efficient to help you out with costs to cover that VAT fee without breaking the bank. We also put that disclaimer up at checkout to let you know about this prior to finalizing your purchase that you can see here:
My tracking says there was an attempted delivery to the wrong zip code, what now?
DHL will deliver your package to your local post office. When this happens, they will give you a new tracking number. You can find that number on the initial tracking information. Once you have that number, you can track it via your country's main postal courier (Royal Mail, Canada Post, PHL Post, etc).
