    I would like to know the same answer. I have bought 2 Loopys and both are to small for my phone. All I want is my refund

    I placed an order via PayPal on 1/9/19. I needed to make an exchange so I mailed my return/exchange via USPS on 1/23/19. As per your instructions, I included the original invoice & a note explaining the reason for my exchange and what I wanted. It is now 3/13/19 and I have not received my exchange nor have I received any correspondence from Loopy at all. I have sent 3 messages through Zendesk and still I have not heard anything. I am extremely frustrated and confused. Your cases are not cheap. You've received my money. I am still without a case. PLEASE SOMEONE TELL ME WHERE MY EXCHANGE IS OR REFUND MY MONEY.

    I ordered a loopy case did not receive it, talk to somebody they mailed me another one I pacifically told them I need it for Lefty they sent me a righty, I'm just getting frustrated and if they don't get it right this time I'm getting a refund and I I'm not dealing with them anymore. I want the loopy case for the Lefty, please get it correct this time. It's going out to return tomorrow. 3/26/19
