We truly encourage you to use your full 30-day trial to really test out your new Loopy and see how much it truly affects your day-to-day life before making a decision to return. If the incorrect model was ordered or you just aren't a fan of the design, please return the item(s) and place a new order for the correct Loopy directly from our website. Due to needing to keep a close eye on inventory, we are no longer accepting exchanges.
*Please note that Loopy does not cover return shipping costs; the cost of shipping will be deducted from the final refund amount.
Please note that used/applied tempered glass is not eligible for a return/refund. If the tempered glass packaging is opened but unused, there will be a 25% restocking fee. If a Loopy case is sent back without the original loop or microfiber bag, a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Returns must be postmarked for return within 30 days of the delivery date, otherwise, your return will not be processed. Refunds will go back to the original payment method used for checkout at the time of sale. We cannot refund to a different credit card or bank account. If you no longer have access to the original payment method, a Loopy store credit will be issued.
