We are so sorry you’re not 100% satisfied with your new Loopy case. If the incorrect model was ordered or you just aren't a fan of the design, please return the item(s) and place a new order for the correct Loopy directly from our website. Due to needing to keep a close eye on inventory, we are no longer accepting exchanges.
*Please note that Loopy does not cover return shipping costs; the cost of shipping will be deducted from the final refund amount. Original shipping costs are also non-refundable.
PLEASE NOTE: If a Loopy case is sent back without the original loop or microfiber bag, a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount. Also, used/applied tempered glass is not eligible for a return/refund. If the tempered glass packaging is opened but unused, there will be a 25% restocking fee.

Please make sure you are entering the correct email used to place the order.
Returns must be postmarked for return within 30 days of the ship date, otherwise, your return will not be processed. Refunds will be processed according to the chosen refund option during the return process. Please note that we will issue refunds to the original payment method or as store credit only after we have received and processed your return at Loopy HQ. We cannot refund to a different credit card or bank account. If you no longer have access to the original payment method, a Loopy store credit will be issued. Please note that a refund cannot be edited after it has been processed.
Items from multiple orders cannot be combined in the same return. The item(s) from each order you are returning will need a separate return label and package. If you combine multiple items from different order numbers in one return, Loopy is not responsible for any return shipping issues.
Customers are responsible for all the fees involved in returning items unless the return falls under a warranty or manufacturing issue. Please note that Loopy does not refund original shipping costs.
